This is a fully remote position where all communication happens through written chat only—no phone or in-person interaction required. You’ll communicate with customers via platforms like Facebook Messenger and similar channels, working entirely online from wherever suits you best.
Your job as a chat support specialist will be to engage with incoming messages on client websites and their social platforms. You’ll be answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, suggesting promotional offers, and supporting the sales process through messaging.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with stable internet connectivity. Competent written English communication abilities are also required.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level chat support position with comprehensive onboarding included, so previous experience in customer chat roles is not a prerequisite.
Location: Work from anywhere globally (US-based candidates preferred).
