This role requires zero in-person communication. Your entire workday consists of written exchanges, primarily through messaging applications like Facebook Messenger. These positions are fully remote, allowing you to complete all responsibilities from any location with an internet connection.
Your primary responsibility will be responding promptly to incoming messages on company websites and social media pages. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotional offers.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet along with a dependable internet connection. Competent written English communication abilities are essential for this position.
Skills/background needed: This position welcomes beginners with no previous live chat experience. Comprehensive onboarding and training are included at no cost to you.
