You’ll be responding to direct messages, resolving customer concerns, and closing sales through thoughtful dialogue. What you will be doing: Real-time chat support team members respond to incoming customer messages via live chat platforms on company websites and social channels. Questions might range from product details and order status for current buyers to pricing and availability inquiries from interested prospects.

Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with reliable social media and chat platform access. Self-directed work style is essential.
