You won’t need to interact with anyone in person for this role. All communication happens through written chat, utilizing platforms like Facebook Messenger. These positions are fully remote, so you’ll have the flexibility to work online from any location.
Your responsibilities as a chat support specialist will include responding to incoming messages on company websites and their social media channels. You’ll be answering customer concerns, sharing relevant product links, and communicating special offers.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with steady internet connectivity. Additionally, you’ll need foundational proficiency in written English.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level live chat opportunity, which means comprehensive onboarding is provided, and prior experience in paid chat roles is not required.
