We’re seeking a Remote Beginner Chat Specialist who is enthusiastic about growth in a welcoming online setting. You’ll be helping customers by responding to their questions and concerns through chat platforms, playing an important role in maintaining high service standards.
This position is entirely online with no in-person interactions required. You’ll communicate exclusively through written chat channels, including platforms like Facebook Messenger, from any location with internet access.
Your day-to-day work involves monitoring live chat conversations on company websites and social channels, addressing customer questions, sharing product information, and communicating promotional offers to support sales.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with dependable internet access. Competent written English communication is also required.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity where comprehensive training is included as part of onboarding. Prior experience with chat support roles is not necessary.
Location: Fully remote opportunity available globally (USA candidates are particularly welcome).
