What you will be doing: In this role as a live chat support representative, you’ll handle direct messaging and correspondence for content creator accounts, addressing customer needs and fostering positive interactions. Your responsibilities will include fielding subscriber questions, sharing details about membership options, and communicating special offers.
Rate: $35 hourly
Skills/background needed:
- A connected device for work (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer).
- Self-motivation and capacity to follow established guidelines consistently.
- Minimum 5 hours weekly availability, with potential to extend up to 40 hours weekly.
Location: Completely remote, available worldwide, with particular interest in applicants based in the USA.
