Become an Online Chat Support Specialist and deliver exceptional customer service through digital messaging channels. This position involves interacting with customers in real-time via chat, answering their inquiries, sharing details about our offerings, and helping resolve concerns quickly. Never worked in this field before? Don’t worry—you’ll receive full training to get you ready to excel in this role.
This is a completely text-based position with zero in-person interaction required. You’ll communicate exclusively through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger and similar tools. As a fully remote role, you have the freedom to work from any location with an internet connection.
Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat inquiries on company websites and social platforms. Tasks include fielding customer questions, directing them to relevant resources, and sharing promotional offers or deals.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A functioning device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. Fundamental proficiency in written English is also required.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience necessary. We provide comprehensive onboarding and preparation, so newcomers to chat support are absolutely welcome.
