This position involves exclusively text-based communication with no in-person or video interaction required. You’ll communicate solely through chat channels, including platforms like Facebook Messenger. These are entirely remote opportunities, allowing you to handle all tasks from an internet-connected location of your choice.
Your responsibilities as a live chat representative will include responding to customer messages on business websites and social media platforms. You’ll address inquiries from customers, share relevant product links, and relay special offers or promotional codes.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: You must have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet and maintain a stable internet connection. Additionally, you should demonstrate foundational proficiency in written English.
Skills/background needed: These entry-level chat positions come with comprehensive training included, so prior experience in live chat or similar work is not required.
