This position is entirely text-based with zero phone requirements. You’ll serve as a key support contact for our clients, answering questions and resolving issues through live chat channels. We’re seeking people who are personable, able to pick things up quickly, and comfortable navigating various chat interactions. All necessary training will be provided to set you up for success.
What you will be doing: As a live chat agent, you’ll respond to customer inquiries that come in through website and social media chat interfaces. You may assist current customers needing support or engage with prospective customers with sales-related questions.
Contract length: Flexible, with no minimum commitment period.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a device capable of using website chat and social media platforms (smartphone/tablet/computer). Self-directed work style is essential. Comfort with adhering to detailed guidelines and procedures. A minimum of 10+ hours weekly availability. Dependable high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.
