We’re looking to bring on board Customer Support Chat Specialists to join our growing team. You’ll be the voice of our company during customer conversations, making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression by crafting thoughtful answers and guiding customers through our digital offerings with ease.
There’s no need for in-person meetings in this position. All your work happens through written chat channels, including platforms like Facebook Messenger. Since this is a fully remote opportunity, you’ll have the flexibility to work from any location with an internet connection.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve responding to incoming chat inquiries on company websites and social media platforms. You’ll handle customer questions, share relevant product information, and communicate promotional offers when applicable.
Rate: $35 hourly compensation.
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with dependable high-speed internet. Competent written English communication is also required.
Skills/background needed: This role is designed for newcomers to chat support work, with comprehensive onboarding provided. Prior experience in customer chat roles is not necessary to succeed here.
Location: Work from anywhere globally (US candidates are especially encouraged).
