Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat messages from customers on company websites and social media. You’ll handle questions, share product information and links, and communicate available promotions and deals.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: You must have a device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet with consistent internet access. Solid basic writing abilities in English are essential.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience in chat support is necessary for this beginner-friendly role. Complete training will be supplied to set you up for success.
