Become a Customer Success Representative and develop your skills in providing exceptional customer support through text-based chat channels. This role requires no in-person communication whatsoever. All work is conducted through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger and similar channels. These are fully remote positions, giving you the flexibility to work from your preferred location anywhere with an internet connection.
Your primary responsibility will be responding to live chat inquiries on company websites and social media platforms. You’ll address customer concerns, share product information and promotional offers, and provide direct purchase links when appropriate.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with stable internet access. Basic English communication abilities in writing are required.
Skills/background needed: This position is designed for beginners entering the live chat support field. Complete onboarding and training are offered to all new hires, so prior experience is not necessary.
