This position requires zero face-to-face interaction. Your entire workday involves text-based conversations conducted through platforms like Facebook Messenger and similar channels. Being fully remote means you have the flexibility to work from your chosen location, at your own pace.
Your primary responsibility will be responding to incoming chat inquiries on digital channels managed by our business partners. You’ll tackle inquiries from community members, share relevant product information, direct people to promotions, and suggest special offers when appropriate.
Rate: $35 hourly wage.
Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or similar device is necessary, along with stable broadband or mobile internet. Fundamental written English communication abilities are essential.
Skills/background needed: This is an accessible entry-level opportunity—comprehensive training is offered to all new hires, and prior experience with chat support roles is absolutely not required.
Location: Work from anywhere globally (North American applicants especially encouraged).
