What you will be doing: As a live chat support representative, you’ll respond to customer inquiries in real-time via chat features on company websites and social platforms. You may assist with troubleshooting for current customers or address purchasing questions from prospective clients.

Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: Require access to a computing device capable of handling social media and web-based chat platforms (Computer/Mobile Device/Tablet). Self-directed work style. Commitment to adhering to established guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10+ weekly hours available. Stable broadband connection.
