What you will be doing: As a chat support specialist, you’ll respond to real-time messages from customers seeking help or information through live chat on websites and social platforms. Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for using chat and social media platforms. Comfortable working autonomously. Capability to follow detailed guidelines and procedures accurately. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet access.
