What You Will Be Doing: You’ll connect with customers through live chat channels on our website and various social media platforms. Rate: $35 hourly.
Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of incoming messages and support tickets.
- Understand what customers need and work toward their complete satisfaction.
- Deliver thorough, factual information using available resources and communication tools.
- Address customer issues professionally, propose suitable remedies, and ensure matters are fully resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Ownership of equipment that supports chat and social media functions (Smartphone/Computer/Tablet).
- Driven and capable of managing tasks without constant supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to adhering closely to guidelines.
- Fast, stable internet connection required for all work activities.
Contract Length:
- Ongoing, with no predetermined end date.
Hours per Week:
- Adaptable schedule with availability anywhere from 5 to 40 hours weekly.
