What you will be doing: You’ll serve as a chat support specialist, connecting with customers through live chat on our websites and social channels, answering their inquiries, sharing details about our offerings, and facilitating orders and marketing efforts.
Contract length: Open-ended, no set expiration
Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to equipment that supports chat platforms and social media (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer).
- Capacity to function self-sufficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail when following protocols.
- Minimum 5 hours weekly that you can dedicate.
- Stable, dependable internet access.
