This position requires you to address product inquiries, complete purchase transactions, and resolve returns or exchanges in a courteous and professional manner.
What you will be doing: Chat support specialists respond to customer inquiries through live messaging systems on business websites and social media platforms. These conversations may come from current customers seeking assistance or prospective customers interested in making a purchase.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement with no set end date.
Rate: $35 hourly rate.
Skills/background needed: Access to a compatible device for using website chat platforms and social media tools (Computer/Smartphone/Tablet). Comfortable working autonomously. Capacity to adhere closely to instructions and established procedures. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability required. Stable high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.
Location: Work from home (based in the United States preferred).
