You’ll deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers through live chat features on company websites and messaging apps such as Facebook Messenger. This position is entirely asynchronous and text-based—no video calls or phone conversations required. Your interactions happen exclusively through online chat channels like Facebook Messenger. All work is completed remotely, giving you the flexibility to log in from any location with an internet connection.
Your responsibilities will involve responding to incoming messages on business websites and social media profiles. You’ll handle customer inquiries, share product information and relevant links, and communicate special offers to help drive sales.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is necessary, along with dependable high-speed internet access. Proficiency in basic written English communication is essential.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding included, so previous experience in live chat support is not necessary to succeed.
